SHIPPING POLICY
TRANSPORT MODE
- Shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the size/weight of your purchase as well as the delivery location and service level of shipment.
- We ship to any location in Canada, the USA and Europe.
- We offer regular, expedited and express levels of shipment, using Canada Post, and the Postal services of the countries we ship to.
- For certain items, as an added guarantee, we will use UPS or FedEx, at the customer’s expense.
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipment has been processed by the courier company.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Most orders containing in-stock items are fulfilled within the next business day.
- Additional processing times may be required during Holidays or sitewide sales.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on statutory Holidays.
- The above-mentioned processing times do not apply for custom orders.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- We do our best to keep our online store inventory up-to-date. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. We will either replenish and ship you within the next 5 business days or a refund will be issued.
US & EUROPE SHIPMENTS
- Depending on the level of service and except during holidays, shipments to Europe may take up to 4 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment.
- For international shipments, once a shipment leaves our shop, we have no control over applicable duty fees or delays caused by customs.
